Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Harchani Luxury Transfers ("we", "our", "us"). By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Harchani Luxury Transfers. 2.2 A booking is confirmed only upon written or electronic confirmation from us. 2.3 Pricing is provided on request and is specific to your journey. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation. 2.4 We reserve the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason. 2.5 You are responsible for providing accurate journey information, including pickup locations, times, flight details, and passenger numbers. Harchani Luxury Transfers is not liable for delays or errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client. 2.6 For airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time and adjust waiting times accordingly. A complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time is included.

3.1 All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@harchaniluxurytransfers.com or via WhatsApp. 3.2 The following cancellation fees apply: • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled journey: no charge. • Cancellation between 2 and 24 hours before the scheduled journey: 50% of the total journey value. • Cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled journey or no-show at the pickup location: 100% of the total journey value. 3.3 For round-trip bookings, cancellation of the return leg is treated as a separate booking for the purposes of this policy. 3.4 Harchani Luxury Transfers reserves the right to cancel any booking in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4.1 Harchani Luxury Transfers shall not be liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"). 4.2 Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of government or authority, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, road closures, and infrastructure failures. 4.3 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

5.1 Harchani Luxury Transfers carries full professional liability insurance as required by Dutch law for licensed chauffeur and transportation services. 5.2 Our liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total value of the booking in question, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence. 5.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to missed flights, missed meetings, or business losses arising from delays caused by circumstances outside our control. 5.4 Clients are responsible for their own belongings. Harchani Luxury Transfers does not accept liability for lost or damaged personal property unless caused by demonstrable negligence on our part. 5.5 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Dutch law.

6.1 Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner. 6.2 Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all Harchani vehicles. 6.3 Consumption of food is at the chauffeur's discretion. Beverages are permitted in closed containers. 6.4 Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of the client.

7.1 These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. 7.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. 7.3 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted. By continuing to use our services after changes are published, you accept the revised terms.
